Date: July 15, 2024

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued Notification No. G.S.R. 403 dated July 15, 2024, to notify the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2024.

Amendment Details:

  • Title and Commencement:
  • These rules are titled the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rules, 2024.
  • They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
  • Amendments to the 2014 Rules:
  • In the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, the annexure is amended to substitute the existing Form No. MGT-6 with a new form.
