Job Description 

  • To plan, execute, and report on Transaction Advisory Services
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable schemes and policies.
  • Evaluating central and state government policies, schemes, tenders, and regulations that affect our clients’ transactions and investments.
  • Understanding and review of the internal control systems
  • Ensure that financial statements are prepared in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Timely coordination with the client staff to ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Timely Communication with clients as well as with the manager on Transaction Advisory Services
  • Build effective relationships with associates, peers, and supervisors to develop a high-performing team
  • Analyze reporting and business trends to make strategic decisions to drive results
  • Directly supervise the business, ensuring, and maintaining high-quality standards
  • Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback to all levels of team members

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Chartered Accountant
  • 1+ years’ of experience post qualification
  • Strong verbal or written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, conscientiousness, and ability to prioritize work.
  • Critical thinking, strong reasoning ability, and a sense of logic.
  • Ability to absorb, execute, and advance complex work directions.
  • Should have strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.
  • Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Knowledge of government policies and regulations related to transactions and investments is preferred.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment is often accompanied by shifting priorities and stringent deadlines.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

-The Person would be responsible to network, generate leads and maintain contacts at:- I. Corporates, II. Trade Chambers and Embassies, III. Relevant expos and delegations, IV. Seminar and conference
-Identifying and connecting with new leads to generate new business for the relevant partners. Tracking BD initiatives and client outreach.
-Identify speaking sessions and committee memberships for partners.
-Co-ordinate with the ES team across the country to amend or create marketing strategies as market requirements change.
-Secondary research and coordination with relevant business heads for creation of presentations, articles and client trackers.
-Develop a strategy to enhance the company’s digital (includes Social Media/ SEOs) and physical presence with our selected client base.
-Plan and execute articles with inputs from technical experts, liaise with publications/chambers etc.
-Liaise with internal support staff and technical experts for marketing and communication collateral, broachers. Work closely with partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

-5+ years of marketing experience in the Professional services, BFSI, Strategy Consulting and Trade Chambers
-Post-graduation in Marketing/ Finance
-English written and spoken fluency is essential
-Highly developed Interpersonal Skills
-Experience of dealing with foreign corporates is preferred
-Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and utilizing LinkedIn
